Why are my nipples a little puffy?
When they're hard, theyre absolutely fine and normal. But when they arent they are a little weird shaped and puffy, like it kinda seems as if the nipples are more horizontal than anything else giving them an almost flattened look. Does anyone know what this can be from? I was on a test cycle but I took letro and everything and I didn't get gyno, didnt get the lump, didnt get itchy irritated nipples, or anything like that. I do have fat on my chest...I'd say I'm around 14% bodyfat at 5'8. Could this be what thats from and it will go away after I lose chest fat? Or maybe my pec is overdeveloped in the upper area and under developed lower? Any thoughts/suggestions as to what I can do about this would be great.

It could be due to some water retention, or excess BF like you said.

im the same way.. horizontal nippie-like shaped..
when i was cut down to around 6% bf, they were flat, and "normal"..
now.. around 12% they are back to the fatty/horizontal buildup..
i dont think u have gyno, likei said in that thread (i think).. just one guy said it was gyno..
imho - its genetics bro. .. just try and keep em hard as often as possible haha

Me too... lame. At some point I want to get surgery. Oddly enough, I found that when I did pct on my first cycle they were normal looking for the first time since I was 15!
