Ive been doing a little research but im still kinda confused..woundering if yall could help steer me in the right direction. I def wanna run some GH for some quality gains that i can keep but also run some test for some quick gains as wel. So what im thinking of doing is something like this:

week 1-12 sust 250 750mg/week
week 2-18 GH 3iu day 5/2

didnt know if i should run the test longer or if there was anything else i should take along with this? As well as any PCT that should be taking in to thought and when to start. Thanks
