    Need help with clen...

    I just bought clen from AAR....and I have absolutely no idea how to measure the right amount of dosage. Does anyone know how? Plz need help, ASAP!

    I usually measure by each spray. I take 2 sprays to begin with and increase from there... you'll probably be better off with accurate doses though

    i don't like to spray.....just take the spray thing off, and measure it and take it w a syringe (without pin of course)

    i really dont wanna just start spraying it in my mouth and "guesstimate" how many mcgs i just took........... anyone bought it from aar and have any suggestions to take it?

    20mcg = .1mL correct? Since 200mcg/1ml...
    so i need to take .1mL and work my way up right..

    Like I said, it works for me... but you probably would be better off with correct doses.
