    Anyone who has experienced this ?

    I took a shot of 1ml test e 250mg/ml (because im going to take 500mg a week)

    The injection went ok, but now 1 day after, i feel like $hit, i can barely walk on the foot where i took the injection, and its hard to sleep..

    I'm guessing you probably injected into the glute and there is a sharp pain going down your whole leg. Yea, it happens. I've lost hours of sleep before cuz the pain was so bad. Try to inject slower; it''l help.

    Yes, i injected in the foot, i can walk on it, but it feels horrible, no i havent injected test e before.
    The thing i did wrong was that i layed my foot flat on the ground when i sat on the ground.
    And when i started to inject, my leg muscle flexed. So i took out the needle with a little test in it, sat down on a chair with the foot on the floor and injected the rest.

    I didnt feel anything there, but some hours later it really hurted.
    Next time im going to inject is on thursday. Should i inject in the same foot ?
    Will the pain go over soon ?

    He injected in his QUAD. He is OK. Quad shots are a piece of cake, just make sure you site rotate and you will be fine

    lol, thought the kid was nuts for a second. i used to have roomates that shot special K in their feet but test is whole diff story. aye next time use the other quad bro. may want to throw delts in too just to switch up injection sites, they are a piece of cake too.

    holy $hit man i about passed out lmao when i saw u said u injected in ur foot...ah man but anyway the first time i injected quads i had a hard time walking then i started getting used to it and its now a favorite spot of mine

    the thigh is always painful the first few shots in a cycle... Boy i know mine were, but the pain goes away and then after a few shots in each you dont even feel pain at all.

    Just want to say that i did the second injection today in my left tigh, and it was wonderful, no problem at all...
    I injected lower down on the tigh to..

    But has it anything to say if you inject each other thigh per injection or the same tigh each injection ?

    dont inject into the same thigh more than once a week. you really need to rotate your injection sites to avoid built up scar tissue at the very least.
