I wake up about 400am and go to sleep at 900pm. so my question is a what times sould i take my dbol. now im takeing it like this.
600am 10mg
1200pm 10mg
400pm 10mg
so there is a big brake from 400pm to 600am. there's like a 10hr brake between those. also im already have sleep problems so i don't want to take it to late. is this ok???
