30mg ed/4 wks
400mg test e wk for 10 wks
20mg nolva ed
b6 200mg ed

nipples a little sensitive on day 9 should i take some letro and how much

I do have all the ar products for pct

Your taking 20mgs of nolva ed and their getting sore?
Up it to 60mgs ed till symtoms subside, then stay at 20.
You can run letro 1.25mgs eod also

that method is known to be effective amung people ive seen experiance gyno.
