the first time always hurts no matter where you go. the more often you shoot the less it will hurt but you should have a few good injection spots.
when should I train legs, since i cant really walk
usually i train legs right after a quad injection, if you're shooting ed or eod obviously that won't work as well. if the pain persists, rotate your injection sites.Quote:

i love the quad shots. i injected once in the ass and hated it, then swtiched to quads and loved it cuz i had control with both hands. after awhile the pain goes away and you get used to it

quads are a pain you have the medial glute which you need to look up so you can with certainty hit that plus the maximus.
