    Cardio Afater Injection

    Is cardio with in an hour or so after a prop injection good, bad or indifferent? I injected at 11ama nd played basketball at 12:15.

    I figured it wouldnt hurt. If anything, with the increased blood flow, I thought it may help. Thanks for the reassurance.
