    Quick question on ECY

    Im taking:

    200mg caffiene
    25-50 mg ephedrine


    I just bought a bottle of Yohimbe Bark Extract and this is what it has in it:

    1 capsule:

    500mg Yohimbe extract (Corynanthe yohimbine)(bark)
    std. to 1.6%Yohimbine 8mg

    How many caps should i take with the EC stack?

    or should i return the bottle and go with Yohimbine HCL?
