this is my first cycle
wk 1-4: 30 mg dbol ed
wk 1-10: 250 test enth ew
week 7-10: dbol 30 mg ed
week 8-10: 25 mg var ed
nolva 10mg daily throughout
i am planning on running clen by itself for 4 weeks prior to begining for ctting purposes.
this is my first cycle so that explains the low doses b/c i am a bit apprehensive about side effects. will that effect the cycle greatly or should i just go ahead with 40 mg dbol and 500 test enth right from the start?

if it's your first cycle..
just do test enth at 400mg a week. 2 shots a week, mon and thurs prolly would be awsome for great results...trust me... and use your nolva and keep your clomid on hand for after cycle... dbol is not needed..
but if you are going to use it anyways...during the cycle only use it in the beginning for the first 4 weeks at 30mg a day.

I've heard of folks makin' decent gains with 250/wk of Test E. Really up to you, but I do prefer the 500mg/wk.

Run it for 10 wks overall, stoppin' the dbol after 4 wks. Then, start your PCT. Get ya some Clomid to go with the Nolva, to help get your boys back into business. Some may say with the lower doseages you won't need the clomid, but I like it as a practice.
Lots of good examples of PCT. Search the forums for PCT. You'll get a lotta good info.

you are going to mess you body up big time for a first time user using all those compounds. think twice bro and just use the test by itself
age? and yeah for your first cycle just stick with the enth and proper pct.
Try this..
wk 1-2 Dbol ... 30mg/ed
wk 1-10 Test E ... 500mg/ew
wk 1-10 Nolva ... 10mg/ed
Then do Nolva and Clomid for PCT check out Pheedno's posts :wg:
i wouldnt even use the dbol for 2 weeks if he has never ran it. his body is going to be like wtf is this stuff cuz it has never had it in there. the dbol will only make it worse. you will make sick gains off test E at 500mg trust me bro.
Dbol will give him the look and power he wants right away so he can lift heavier faster but only about 10% will be actual gains the rest will be a kind off watery muscle.
Dbol is good to use, but dont over do it, or drink to much beer etc bcs it hard on the liver. Not really bad on 30mg but dont take chances get some milk thistle if you can while u use Dbol :wg:
