bro those are two totally different kinds of cycles. cycle one is for cutting up purpose and 2nd choice is more for bulk. if you want bulk go for 2 if u wanna cut go for 1. but u have 10% body fat u need to bulk

u r crazy bro 10% is good maybe get into a single digit. go lose another % of body fat. 205lbs and 10% body fat is not bad at all.

yeah that will cut u up pretty good. if you really want to lean up do a winstro/primo cycle. granted primo is expensive as shit it is very effective. i had a buddy who did that and turned out awsome.
