i am thinking of taking deca jabs and winstrol tabs for an 8 weeks cycle.i need help from u guys on the dosage of these 2 for the 8 weeks cycle,when to take them(for example:after meal or what) and your estimated outcome for me (in terms of appearanceand size of the muscle ). i'm a male and weigh abt 165lbs .thank u guys,your help will be greatly appreciated.

I would also go 12 weeks with the test
IMO you should run test with deca for at least 12 weeks. Deca for 10 minimum and test 12. Throw in the winny tabs for weeks 10-14.
I wouldn't run the deca alone. Deca-D*ck is a killer.

Runko, he said deca jabs. I would not run deca without test and I also would not run winstrol after you are done with the test at all. Also 4 weeks is not ideal for winstrol. Save the winny for your cutting cycle. Best of luck bro.
