    Cracker's anyone!

    Hey guys haven't been on the board for awhile just thought i would stop in a say hello. I'm glad to see alot of familiar faces. Saw the funniest thing yesterday. A guy was trying to show off for his girlfriend and so she was spoting for him, he put to much weight on and tried to do bench press he got one barely up and on the second he was pushing so hard he ripped ass so loud the mirrors shook!!! He was so embarressed he dropped the bar and a couple guys had to lift it off!! Funniest thing i have seen in years. take it easy guys.
