    changin food intake during cycle

If i'm taking in like 200gram to 220 grams of protein a day off cycle what do you think i should bump that up to? or should i do it gradually during the cycle?
If anyone can give me some insight to changing their diet once u've talked you cycle that would be great. Anything and everything from cal's to carbs and protein intake.

    Background.
    I'm 5 11 192lbs 8-10% bodyfat. 200-220g protein daily probably around 4500 calories a day. I'm pretty active besides lifting.

I'd say protein and calories sound real good, but I've never cycled.

I'm curious to see what some more experienced minds say about this.

i just try to keep my fat as low as i can. i'm just taking in alot of carbs because i play baseball EVERYDAY so i burn up most of everything i put in my body. But once i get off this baseball here in a couple days i'll prolly go for like 200-200protein 500-600g carbs and then lil fat as possible.

First thing you need to decide is wether or not you wanna build or cut. It's extremely difficult to build size and cut fat, even on juice. If it's size your going for then I would drop the carbs to 4-500/day, but up the healthy fats to 150-200grams/day. You dont want to go for the no fat diet, you'll end up looking puffy and flat, almost sloppy. Fat helps, especially build muscle. I'd leave your calories alone once you stop baseball, for somebody who is 192lbs 4500 cals a day is plenty to grow off of, unless your extremely genetically thin.
