i am currently running(started may 16th)
test E 250mgs e3d 12 wks
deca 200mgs e3d 12 wks
d-bol 40mgs ed 5 wks
nolva 20mgs ed
letro .25 ed
b6 200mgs ed
milk thistle 400mgs ed

if i upped it to
test E 375 e3d
deca 300 e3d

how much should i add to the nolva, letro, and b6?

Just increase the nolva if you see that you are getting side effects

so far i have almost no side effects. little bloat in the left bicep and my face. no tender nips. no hair loss. ball shrinkage is there but no pea size. acne has increased. oily skin. other than that im good. im up 10 lbs but i expect to that to drop a little when stop the dbol . i dont know what people talk about when they say,"roid rage ". im actually more calm than ive been in awhile. not uptight anymore at all

Unless you have some nipple soarness/itchiness, i.e gyno symptoms, no reason to up the Nolva. Maybe the Letro though. Are you taking 1.25mg ED or 0.25mg ED?

Good. Keep it around that level, letro will knock out 90%+ of the estrogen.

are you on letro or l-dex?

i am gyno prone so i am running 1.25 mg letro ED with 1500mg/wk test so for me to be on the safe side i would probably run about half the dose of letro i'm doing now if i was on your dose of test.

also logan is right no need to up the nolva. i don't even think you need it because the letro will stop pretty much all of the test from converting to estro. that is after you have been on the letro for 6 weeks of course, so you know you have concentrated levels of it in the blood
