Question about natural test levels

I've read that winny can suppress natural test levels the same way many other compounds can. Theoretically, if a person was experimenting with a 6 week winny & clen(clen being cycled 2 on/2 off/2 on) cutting cycle and planned to run PCT consisting of clomid and nolvadex 24 hours after the last pill was popped, when could said person expect his natural test levels to be at their LOWEST?

If I'm not making any sense, let me know.

Probabably depends alot on the person and how hard the winny shut them down.
Some ppl get shut down more so then others and that couldn't really be determined without blood work.
