if im running d-bol, what protects me better -

nolvadex or mil thistle (with 80 % silymarin) ??

also do i need an estrogen blocker? which one?

Novadex is an anti-estrogen. Milk thistle is for your liver or kidneys don't remember which. Guess it depends on what you want protection from. How much are you considering running?

1) i hope your not doing a d/boll only cycle
2)nolvadex block's estrogen
3)milk thistle protect's the liver

Both, nolva will block the oestrogen and milk thistle is for your liver

mate - if you have to ask these questions, then you're not ready to cycle - no flame intended, but do a little research first.

second, no im not doing a d-bol cycle- u guys talked me out of it and i appreciate it haha - im running d-bol with test y first cycle

third, i've researched for a bout 6 months, spending more time reading this forum and other sites then anything else, im sure im ready . . . mate

I don't understand how you can research for 6 months and then still have to ask these basic questions ??!! BTW. not trying to p!ss you off, it's just how long you research is irrelevant it's what you actually learn that matters......anyhow since.......

then yes you'll need both milk thistle & nolvadex (or a least have nolva available incase) along with proper PCT (clomid etc) you might also want to get some letro or ldex in case of bloating / gyno probs.

i looked in2 a d-dol cycle only and i think its not a good plan am still stuck what route to go 4 my 1st time
