Ho wlong have you been an active member on AR, and what was the most important thing you learned? I have been a member for 4 years. The thing that helped me the most was the advice I got for keeping up the cals post cycle to retain mass.

Yep I did that, I had a different name for a few months because of security reasons! Best thing I have learnt is how to use slin properly
