When to inject

Once again how'z it going everyone, i'm jus curious to know i've had a bit of a debate with a couple of mates here about injection times. The argument between me and my mates is that you should inject your gear just after you finished training and my other mate wreckons u can do it anytime during that day. I personally haven't come to a conclusion about this topic and just want to know what other peoples stance on the matter is and why.

Its doesnt matter when you inject it.. injecting before or after you workout will change nothing..

Why not inject after you take a shower (w/ anti-bacterial soap, like Lever2000 or whatever)?

It's gonna be sterile, and anecdotally, the skin seems a bit softer, making for an easier injection.

in a perfect world that would be ideal. however we dont all have time right after showering to inject on a regular basis.
