What to check for at doc's???

Hey, guys. I think I'm going to go to the doc and get my blood drawn. But what should I ask him to check for? I know I need to know my test levels, but what else should I know? And do I have to ask for specific things, or when they take my blood, will they just let me know ALL I need to know? Thanks.

Usually you ask for a male hormone lab... which includes, test, estrogen, progesterone, LH, FSH, and Cortisol... not everyone wants the cortisol and protesterone, but good idea to get... progesterone for a non-steroid user can indicate presence of cancer cells because many cancers produce this. LH and FSH are important because they can indicate rather if you are low for testosterone , if the fault is in the testicles or in the hypothalmus. Many guys that have ever been knocked cold with concussion can have a faulty hypothalmus which would be undetectable levels of estrogen, low LH and FSH as well as low testosterone . High LH and FSH and low testosterone can indicate you have a failure to produce testosterone in testicles... they may want to make sure no testicular cancer before putting you on anything.
