Missed PCT....If you are late....is all lost?

I have a very good buddy who has been calling me the last couple of weeks telling me about his depression problem and his thoughts on committing suicide. He told me that he has no energy, no drive, can't think straight, and is really depressed. We were talking further and I found out that he has used AAS. Hope you are sitting down for this.

He finished his third cycle on March 25 which was 250mgs of Sustanon per week, shot once a week for 8 months. He did not do any PCT, did not worry about Gyno, my buddy was actually using it as a sexual supplement. He is in the Porn business. His second cycle was Deca only for 8 weeks and apparantly he broke out in Acne on his back in a bad way and it did not go away for 9 months. His first cycle was Test C at 400mgs again shot once a week for 6 months.

Again, no PCT for any of these cycles, no Anti-E strategy for any of these cycles. After learning this, I am thinking one of the major causes for his depression and lack of drive is that his natural test production has been shut down completely.

Is it too late for him to get things jump started again? Again, his last Sustanon shot was March 25, 2005 so he is several weeks late on starting his PCT.

Any thoughts on what this guy should do? This is fairly serious as the guy is clearly suicidal.

It can't hurt to do a pct at this point. Are his balls shrivelled up still? if so you might want to add HCG to his PCT. People have stayed on for several years at a time and then did an extended PCT and returned to normal. He needs some welbutrin or something similar to get him through the rough emotional times until you can get his natural test going again. Going to a doctor might be the best plan but some just won't.

If he was just juicing for the sexual benefits tell him to look into cialis or viagra next time.

Clearly a Doctor is the first place I told him to go. However, I am thinking that it is unlikely that he will drag his ass there.

Ok, assuming he can't get to the Dr. he would run
HCG - Have no idea how much to run?
Clomid 300mgs day one and then drop to 100 for next two weeks and then 50 for another two weeks....or should this be longer?
Nolva 20 mgs a day?

Where can a person get welbutrin, not familiar with this. The guy lives in Brazil and can acquire a lot of medications that require prescriptions here in the US.

Well if he does kill himself, how will you feel about that knowing he told you and you sat back and waited for it to happen. You take him, you drag him. Beat his ass, if he is truely depressed he will probably let you, then drag his ass down to the doc.

If he is seriously considering suicide and isnt willing to go to the doctor than you need to step up and call the authorities. They will cuff and drag him to the appropiate place to get help.

Sounds harsh, but it may save his life.

Trust me, I have done everything I can to get his ass there. I have been talking to him on the phone some days for hours on end. Actually, I am going to Brazil next week to deal with this in person. I have spoken with his girlfriend, other friends and pretty much anyone who would listen and possibly help this guy get his ass to the Dr.

Not sure what else I can do. I am open for suggestions.

I agree that Deca on its own is absurd.

However, either you are gay or have never been to Brazil. I can not say that I know any straight males who have been to Brazil that afterward do not insist that the women there are as hot as anywhere on earth.

suicidal thoughts are very serious. it's one thing to be depressed but think about how awful a person feels if suicide is an option. ( i speak from personal experience)

besided if he goes to a doc the worst case scenario would be that he doesn't produce test naturaly... the doc would probably give him a script for test and he'd be juicing year round.

i think u need to get this guy on anything to help get his natural levels to norm since he wont go to a doctor..get him start poppig some trib,clomid,andhcg if availible..its worth a shot and will bring levels back alot sooner than naturally..think the deca alone has alot to do with his unstable condition..my friend just finished a cycle awhile ago of test and deca..he never heard of a pct so afterwards he started bithchin to me about being tired.depressed,. fightin with his girl always././hes back on the gear and back to normal,but this time i got a pct set up for him..amazing how quickly he got happy again when he got back on ther gear..
last resort for ur friend might be to get him back on the gear (pref test)..better than him committing suicide huh..gl and best wishes for him..

He downed some Chlomid today, and he is looking for the HCG . Trib is another good idea.

First of all let me say Thank you to those who contributed to my question. I ended up flying down to Brazil and drug his ass to the Doctor on Monday. We also consulted with a US doctor who has extensive knowledge of AAS use.

He put him on a fairly long PCT which included Nolva and fairly heavy doses of HCG . I do appreciate peoples responses.

Let me clear up the part about the Deca only cycle. First of all my buddy is a film producer and does not perform in films. He initially started to take AAS to get big and did so in a very uninformed way (thus, the DECA only cycle). He stopped the DECA only cycle because of a major acne breakout and switched to Sustanon 250. While he was on Sustanon 250 he loved the wood he was getting and ended up using it primarily as a sexual aid as opposed to a bodybuilding aid.

I hope that clears many peoples questions.

In addition to low test levels, he could also be having an estrogen backlash. Clomid can cause depression in some users, so an anti-depressant prescribed by a doc is a good idea during pct. Also he needs to be running probably 20mg ED of nolva through the end of pct. A couple shots of hcg wouldn't hurt a thing... try the old school method, three shots, 5 days apart, 2500 to 5000 iu each, then PCT a week after the last hcg shot. The hcg along with nolva (start the nolva now, IMO) should provide some immediate relief.
