ok ive been readin up on dnp for the past 2 months and decided to start
i will be doing 250mg day 1-10 and 500mg 11-14. i will carbdeplete 2 days before and the night before i will have one high carb meal 200 - 250 g carbs. t3 will be 30 mg through out.diet will be protein 220g, carbs 200g, fat 30g. watter 2 gal per day . cardio 30 min mornings 4-5 times a week
