    Cool Help me plz

    what up guys.. i recently bought deca 300, test 400, and winstrol ... im not sure how often to take all of them so if anyone could help me out... thx

    oh man..

    tell us your experience.. cause you shouldn't take deca on a 1st cycle..

    and what type of test

    cyp
    enth
    prop.. ( i know it's not prop)

    anyway.. you should inject 2 times a week with the test.. at 400mg/ml you would inject 1/2 cc per injection monday and thursday.. that will give you 400mg/week

    deca 1 time per week.. 1cc

    i have taken deca 300 before did the job but just wondering how to take them all together.. what kind of cycle would u suggest with a first or 2nd cycle..
