My Girlfriend just ordered some DNP, worried about bloating... HELP!

She has been going with me to the gym 5 days a week and doing cardio on an empty stomach and I try to keep her eating semi healthy food with as little junk carbs as possible... but she just is very unhappy if she cant eat bread and mac and cheese and pizza... and I would rather be with a happy hammy girl than a bitchy skinny one....

Well anyway after watching me order and WU money off to get some juice for 2 friends she got brave and ordered 100 caps of 200mg hellfire DNP from a good source.

Why you ask, because she learned how to use the search function and found 3 posts here about DNP with pictures of some amazing results...

she is gonna try 200mg a day for 14 days no matter what I say but she is worried about sides and bloating....

How can she prevent bloating, drink alot of water? drink less water? Take water pills??? Thats her main concern, my main concern is that she dosent die...

if anyone has any advice on bloat prevention or other precautions please give me a shout...

PS: the porn shoot in Tijuana went great, ugly models but with liquid cialis, viagra and propinate I stayed rock hard, and the clomid, L arginine and zinc made for some nasty loads...

There's no evidence that DNP is unsafe for women. The concern is it's a toxic chemical and could possibly cause damage to a woman's eggs. Unlike a man's sperm, a woman's eggs never divide so any genetic damage during her lifetime is cumulative. However there's only sketchy evidence at best that DNP causes any genetic damage. And while other phenols are carcinogens, DNP is Ames negative which implies that it does not promote tumors. In fact there have been some studies using DNP in conjunction with chemotherapy since it seems to affect the fastest growing cells the most i.e. tumors.
Still no one really knows how it affects a woman's eggs, so it probably best to be conservative e.g. lower doses, shorter cycles, lots of supplements, etc.

Well, there's your problem. She needs to understand what is neccessary to achieve the body she desires, not resort to popping DNP and eating whatever she wants.

Again, the bloat is the least of her concerns. It will come off after the cycle. I would be more worried about putting that crap in my body.

as to your question:

The bloat IMO is unavoidable. It's like the subcutaneous water retention after a sun-burn. Using DNP is akin to cooking oneself from the inside out...i.e. the water retention post-cycle is a copign mechanism...and thus unavoidable.

Even if it were theorectically treatable...i'd avoid further screwing with my body IMO

yeah I know, I would love her to have more disipline with her diet instead of using DNP... but she stayed stick skinny for years and years and really hated it because she likes to eat... in the last year she has gotten a lil hammy and wants to get a little boost to motivate her in the gym... she goes with me 5 days a week and eats better but still not as good as she should...

been reading up on the bloat, i am gonna get her to cut sodium and drink 1-2 gallons of water a day... and tell her to expect to drop the water 7 days after the dnp cycle...

where r these threads exactly?? ive heard everyone talk about they dnp cycles, but i never see any pics of results...maybe i just dont look in the right spots.

NO NO!

Dnp already causes extreme eloctryte loss of potassium AND sodium. Sodium is not whats going to be influential of her water retention here and its dangerous to restrict it badly. Tell her to either do it PROPERLY or not to mess with it at all. She's sad because now that age has caught up with her and her metabolism has slowed, she can't eat kraft dinner and pizza all day to stay thin, heres my suggestion to her....
