I wanted to ask when its best to take Anapolon...i train in the mornings and have a scoop of whey..wait 15 min and then eat hi-fiber bran cereal (1 cup) and a piece of chicken or steak (150gm)....then i train about 2 to 2 & half hours after that....any advice guys ?
