im currently doing your 7on 5off with t3. ive got some liquid stuff. ive been monitering my bbt and yest i took 180mcg. it was only 35.7 degrees this morning. im wondering if i should bump it up a little like you said if my temp is low etc. how much? 20mcg? also when is it best to take this? as soon as i wake up or midday after training?
