    nasty break out

    my back has nasty pimples what can I do or take? will they leave eventually?

    Throw is some pantothenic acid(vit. B-5) at around 1000-1500mg/day.

    Tanning bed seems to dry out your pores. alot of guys use accutane but be careful side effects can be bad

    the amount thats in red bull is way too low to help with acne, some people dont see any help at lower than 5g a day!
