Hurting quad
Whats up bros, i did my first shot ever Saturday morning.
And my quad is pretty damn sore, i limp slightly(barely noticable).
The injectionsite is fine, no pain there, however a bit lower(3 to 4 inches)it's really sore, and a bit swollen, which goes down to the top of the knee.
The skin is a bit warm.
I shot 1 cc of test enth 250mg/ml.
What you bros think?

if that was your first shot ever that is going to happen, my leg broke out in a rash, but after awhile you get used to it. it should go away within a couple of days

Same with me. My first shot (in each new injection site) had the exact same symptoms with it hurting way more below the inject. spot and warmer skin....it will go away in another day or two..

OK bros, today the soreness is a little less, but i forgot to mention the redness of the skin which seems to have spread a little.
The swelling might have gone down a little also.
Any thoughts bros?

You could be getting better. Now have you run a fever @ any time?

No, i never ran a fever, only the skin is warm where it is red.
The soreness is a LOT less compared to what it was, and the swelling is down on the outside of the quad.
The redness however is not sore...

I had the same reaction too. Wait it out. You'll be o.k. Keep an eye on your temp. If it gets too high see the doc. But it lasted about four days after my first shot. And I really didn't get ysed to the foreign substance in my body until about the fourth inject. I don't even notice the injects anymore.
No pain ...No gain right!!
