    protein or calories

    whats more important when trying to gain muscle while on AS more calories or more protein should i stick to a extrememly high calorie diet with the 40-30-30 carb-protein-fat or can i just take in tons of protein and moderate calories im talkin like 300-400 grams per day im about 190 with low bodyfat and i wanna stay that way for summer

    BOTH!! Protein/carbs/fat should = 35%/35%/30% of your total diet... JMO
