is there a certain amount of calories that will get me big but not fat what im asking is can i gain maximum muscle with just enough calories to gain only muscle or do i need the extra fat... is there a cut off... can i just adjust my diet to how i look or will i need the fat to gain extra muscles while im on AS

Yes you can adjust the carbs and keep the protein high

This type of question are almost impossible to answer. The answer all depends on you but I agree johnnyB.
