Hi ...i have Epheridine powder and have been taking it now 2-3 times a week about 3040 min before morning cardio (on empty stomach)- i put some in a "Scorch - by MAN" capsule ....but i dont feel a kick....just gives me a slight buzz.....how do you measure it out ? i take about 2 matchstick heads...
