anit Aromatizers w anit E's during enitre cycle?

planning a cycle out of 500ml/w of test E shot twice a week
400mg/w of EQ shot w test e once a week

run test E for 13 weeks
run EQ for 12 weeks

now this is my first TEST cycle....

do I run NOLVA 10mgED thru entire cycle AND PCT? or do I just keep it handy ...for signs?
and is it ok to run .25mg ED arimidex up to PCT? or just keep handy and start up if bloating occurs?

is there much hindering of gains running
10mg/nolva with .25mg/arimidex ED up to PCT?

is this useful?
ZMA?Zinc Magnesium Aspartate?

i have been on test cyp about a yr (600 mg pw) i started arimidex after about 3 months and i will take .5 mg ed from now on. it was a mistake imo not to be taking it from the getgo. i feel much better, no water bloat, and it seems i dont put on fat near as much

why is people so afraid of the water, its because of the water you get stronger you will gain less and you will loose a little strenght if you block out the water

i am not "afraid" of it. i just prefer to gain muscle. also i dont like how my face looks bloated w/ water. i am not so sure it makes us stronger either
