    troubles with b/f

    Hello
I'm 27 y/o 5'8'' 185 lbs. i have been lifting for 3-4 yrs. I have really started to watch the diet and do cardio 4 times a week. my problem is bmi is not moving, it sits around 20 according to all charts. I about to do my first cycle 1-4 week 30mg d-bol, 1-8 400mg test/week, 1-8 400mg deca /week. will this give a guy good results for size? Should I do this now or try to get my b/f down first. help me please.

I would say go for it. From what you've posted you will be doing a bulking cycle. As long as your diet stays clean and you continue cardio you lean mass increase will far exceed you BF increase. The additional muscle will not only help to burn fat but will in turn give you a lower BMI reading. Ex. lets say you end up with 15lbs of new muscle but no fat (not impossible if you stay strict). At 185lbs with 20% bf you are carrying 37lbs of fat. If your wieght increases to 200lbs but your BF remains the same your BF% will drop to 18.5%.

If everything you have said is true, especially your training experience, then you should do well on that cycle.

I was doing quite a bit of cardio on my current stack, but I have decided to easy off the cardio and concentrate on the mass. It is working and I am realizing better mass gains.
