    Can u pct months after a cycle

    My friend did a 12 week cycle of test cyp,and d-bol (for 4 week's)and he just cold turkey came off.Now 6 months later he said he still feals down and his nut's never recovered fully.Is it to late for the clomid?any suggestions.
