    whats good

    Hey there guys, great site...thanxs for all the help so far! Down to business. I curently working out 5 days a week, I am 6' tall and up to about 230LBS. I have never done any steroids before but I want to try it out. I want to lean down and want to know what is the best product to use! I would like to hear what everone with good results have to say.     thanxs nelstar, I have been doing alot of reading already and just want to hear what other people have to say about there best results. Nothing better then listing to real people with real results.

    a common and good first cycle is 500mg/wk of test e for 10-12 weeks followed by proper PCT. If you want to lean down, that comes down to diet and cardio, not steroids . Steroids will help preserve muscle mass while trying to lose bf.
