    Test Prop

    What would be more effective for a first cycle: 80mg prop for 10 weeks or 80mg prop for 12 weeks? Im starting monday.

    80mg prop for what? A day? Per week? Etc. etc.........

    neither would be more effective than the other IMO. usually needs to just be run 8-10 weeks min so you decide..

    Do 60mg. Thats 420mg a week, enough for good gains but not dangerous.

    i dont see any more danger in 75-80 then 60mg myself.. He is running it alone and not stacking it.. you couldnt pay me to run prop alone personally. i hate the ed injects..

    75mgs/day would be fine and there is no big difference in 10-12 weeks of doing it as you will see gains as early as 2 weeks. it is benificial for compounds like deca and eq to be run a fewf weeks longer since they take longer then most to actually kick in.

    U don't yet know if u can tolerate frequent Prop shots . I M 1 among many who can't take the pain!

    the picture with him & flex & his training partner is what he means I think.. If u can handle the everyday injections go with prop.. I personally like it, u get the psychological boost effect every morning =) .. its really not that bad...

    prop alone is a good cycle. Be sure to have a good site rotation for your shots. Don't worry about the pain... it is no worse than the DOMS you got as a newbie from training, even in the worst cases.

    The nice thing about prop is that you can start your pct after a much shorter time off, deplete quicker and be more depleted but depleted for a shorter time, than if you used a long ester. For that reason, some users tail off a test cycle with prop or even suspension. This IMHO gives a more effective pct and a quicker recovery. Start your pct when you feel your test levels depleted. You WILL feel it. It will happen rather suddenly, over the course of a couple of days. Some will tell you just start it 3-4 days after your last prop shot, but I would prefer waiting a bit.

    You will notice the prop taking effect within a week, and by the end of week two your lifts should be going up. With cyp or E, it takes 4 or even 5 weeks to reach this stage. So while a long ester test requires pretty much 10 weeks minimum for an effective cycle, prop can be cycled as short as 6 weeks, though 8 or 10 would be preferable. Some users like the short prop cycles, and will stack fina or winny with the prop.

    You could do far, far worse for a first cycle. Good luck. Train hard. Eat right.
