My first cycle, Test cyp-EQ

Test Cyp. 500mg week
EQ- 375mg week

Shooting Mondays and Thursdays. 250mg of test cyp on monday same on thursday. Then the EQ on the same days but 187.5 mg.

Clen for my pct.

how long r you runnin this cycle mate,eq should be run for at least 12 weeks as it does not start to notice till week 8'ish,wat r your stats?

Yes i am running the EQ for 12 weeks. Im 21, 6'4 225lbs, athlete, 5 years in the gym now of solid weight lifting.

your pct should consist of clomid and nolvadex mate,you can use the clen with pct but it will not start your own test the clomid dose that,strongly recommend gettin clomid and nolva,your course should look like this.
400mg eq wk1-12
500mg test wk 1-13
straight after last shot of taet take 20mg nolvadex(tamoxifen) ed right through pct and 1 week after,
18 days after last shot of test (cyp) start clomid
day1 300mg clomid
day2-7 100mg clomid
day8-21 50mg clomid,job done.

thanks for the info will follow that for sure!....but what kind of gains do you think i will see off my first cycle?

you could gain anythin from 5-25 pounds mate,couldnt tell you really,just make sure your diet is in check,weight gain is not in the gear you take(it does help),its all in the diet calories =size mate!
