Test Enanthate WEEK 1- 9 ( 1st week front load 1000mg // 2-9 500mg )
Dianabol WEEK 1-3 ( 50mg per day )
Winstrol WEEK 4 - 12 ( 50mg per day )
Test Propianate WEEK 10-12 ( 100mg EOD )

10 Egg Withes. mushrooms , ½ cup oatmeal with Sugar free syrup

Veggies , 2 chicken breast with Olive oil

Meal #4
1 chicken breast , ½ cup of oatmeal with Sugar free syrup

1.5 Hrs Later
Workout

50g Protein shake , 100g dextrose(sweet tarts) , vitamin C , vitamin E

Meal #6
PPWO
2 Chicken Breast, 1 Cup of rice or oatmeal with sugar free syrup

Meal #7
Casein(Cottage Cheese), 1 can of tuna, 1 tbsp Flax , Broccoli

[ WORKOUT ]

MONDAY : LEGS // ABS

TUESDAY: CHEST

WEDNESDAY: BACK // ABS

THURSDAY: SHOULDERS // CALVES

FRIDAY: BICEPS // TRICEPS // ABS

Is this your first cycle? Why are you front loading? And d-bol should be run 4 weeks not 3. Test prop could be run in the beginning if you like ED shots @ 75mg

why dont you run: either 1 – 4 Prop 75mg ED
1 – 10 Enan 500mg/wk
11 – 12 Prop 75mg ED
1 – 12 Nolvadex 10mg ED
1 – 12 L-dex .25mg ED

Start PCT 3 days after last Prop injection

or

1 – 10 Enan 500mg/wk
7 – 12 Winny 50mg ED
1 – 15 Nolvadex 10mg ED
1 – 15 L-dex .25mg ED

Start PCT 1 day after last Winny injection / dose

too much there for a 2nd cycle bro. Take some stuff out, look @ the post I did there with the 2 alternative cycles

Ok i already saw the post thank you :P

If you're looking to do a cutting cycle drop the dbol and jumpstart the cycle with the prop for the first few weeks. Also do the winny for 6 weeks.
