b-12 first time user need help

can someone take me step by step on how to inject b-12 and how often and how much.iam 20 years old and weigh about 120lbs.i bought vet grade b12 and they also sent me 1 20guage 3cc needle.please help thanks

injectible b-12 should be takin everyday or every other day at dosages 500mcg-1000mcgs... and if i was u i would take that 20 gauge and trash it and go purchase some smaller gauge needles slin needles would be fine

i use 500mcg's ed w/ a sin pin or with my gear. works grate for cutting t4, its never burned once.
