    lots of acne

    hey guys i have alot of acne on my back and chest and shoulders but alot on by back. just wondering if i can buy soemthing over the counter or something that will help me out

    Go to a tan spa 3 or 4 time a week helps me out lots

    You can try accutane. I have known a couple of people it helped. It is available through AR-research

    Dont waste time, go to a dermatoligist, tell him your on ASS and he'll give you what you need. I just went wed. got anti. b's and two lotions, starting to go away , cant wait to go to the beach, good luck , NY

    if you tell him you've been on ASS then he might give you an anti-biotic and tell you to wear a rubber...but if you tell him you've been on AAS THEN he might prescribe accutane! LOLOLOL

    Try a good OTC exfoliating scrub with benzol peroxide or salycilic acid in it. Dawn dishwashing setergent also helps a lot, along with sulfur soap which you can find on the internet. But def. try the combonation of using dawn first, then using a good exfoliating scrub. Proactive is good, but a bit more pricey.

    go to the doc and get doxycycline. it's not harsh on your body at all. it's in the tetracycline family but it's stronger. i take it for my rosacea (100mg X 2) and i haven't had a zit in a long time. might help you...give it a try.
