Thread: What vitamins?

I was wondering what vitamins i should be taking. im taking a mega man multi vitamin, and im just wondering what else should i be taking to help

dude defintiely be taking a multi vitamin, as vitamins are the nuts and bolts of the body, and then you can taylor extra vitamin use as needed with cycles etc... but i mostly only just take GNC brand mega men and im good with that.

Yea i like the mega man but i was just wondering if there is anything else that will give me and little help or boost

all of my vitamins are in liquid form. calls for better absorbtion, and i actually like the taste too.

i take a multi vit,flax-omega oils,and milk thistle ,dandilion for the liver..a little aphidolis to help digestion and keep the farts to a min.

You can't beat Mega Men IMHO. I take one in the morn and one in the evening. Since I started 3 years ago I have yet to really get sick or even get a bad cold. I used to get sick all the time before I started using these. I also use an EFA blend - Censor by NDS. It is an excellent product. I also use Tr***ex (Gluco/Chondriton/MSM) for the joints, a mild "cleansing" formula to help detoxify, Amino acid tablets, ALA, milk thistle, NAC, and Red yeast rice for good liver function. Overall, I know these products make a difference in my overall health and ability to recover faster.
