    Please Take The Time To Read This????

    Alright here is my problem:

    I am currently in my fifteenth week of a cycle.

    wk 1-5
    Test E 500/wk
    Eq 400/wk

    wk 5-10
    Test E 500/wk
    Eq 400/wk
    Fina 100/eod

    wk 10-17
    Test P 100/eod
    Eq 400/wk
    Fina 100/eod

    If you notice, I switched from test e to test p at week 10. Week ten I dropped my calories and carbs and starting a cutting phase. The fisrt 3 weeks of this cutting phase I dropped my bodyfat percentage 3%. The fourth week it went up .5%. The fifth week of the cutting phase it went up .5% again. What the hell is going on?

    I am 225 lbs
    I do cardio for 30 minutes four times a week
    My calories are 2700 a day with 50% protein, 30% carbs, 20% fat
    I measure or weigh all my food so I know I am right on

    The weird part is that even though I am doing all this cardio and dieting I haven't lossed more than a pound a week and last week I didn't lose anything at all. Please help?????

    Don't watch the scale bro! you could be adding muscle and losing fat.

    I am not just l;ooking at the scale, I am actually getting my bodyfat measured one a week. I just pisses me off.

    That's going to do nothing but play mind games w/you. I tell clients to have bodyfat done ONCE a MONTH. These tests, no matter which kind, are filled w/inaccuracy and can fluctuate like mad based on water, salt, and the way in which they are read alone.

    I have been using one of those electrode scales. I know what u guys are thinking (how inaccurate) they are but in the past this scale has benn pretty darn close. Even if the total number is incorrect (it might read 15 when your are 12) but I feel I should be decreasing my body fat weekly. Do you guys think that it might be from the lowering of the test. Week 1-10 was test e 500/wk, wk 5-10 has been test p 100/eod which comes out to around 350/wk???

    Also, I am getting 240 of my daily 360 grams of protein from shakes. Does anyone think that this my be a problem?
