Critique my first cycle...startin it in a week or so

going to be startin in a week or so, my frist cycle dont plan on doing another one so want to get best gains safely for a first cycle. height 6'2 weight 195 training bout yr , 3-4yrs on and off reasearched everything bout 6months

test enan 500 mg week weeks 1-10
deca 400 mg week weeks 1-10
d-bol 30mg day weeks 1-4
Nolva 20mg day weeks 1-15
Clomid weeks 13-15
vitimin b-6 100mg day weeks 1-15
(basicly cycle from site minor change in pct)

any suggestions will help as in want to start soon so gotta put a final decision on what gear to get thanks

Ha ha...you say you're not going to do another, but you keep calling this one your "first cycle"....

hah no really, i said my first cycle so everyone knows i didnt do one before. I just wanted to make it clear that the gear isnt to much for a first time user. so any suggestions on this would be appriecated

I think everyone started with the intention of only doing one cycle

I am telling you im only gonna do one cycle, it dosnt matter if u belaive me or not or aggree with me i just want some input on my cycle above want to make sure its not to much for a first time user, open to suggestions thanks

Personally i would drop the deca and just run the test with dbol for the first 4 weeks as a kickstart. See you in a few months when your asking for advice on a second cycle. :lol:

u think the deca is to much, why should i drop it jw?

IMO best sicking to just one compound for a first cycle then if problems arise you know what the cause is i would run your course as a second course because then if you get problems with the deca you will know its the deca.

makes sense when you say get problems what exactly do you mean and when ur saying a second course your meaning a second cycle only deca?

No for a second course test with deca as you already know what type of effect test has on you.
By problems with deca i mean deca dick(unable to get an erection) should be ok with test but some still experience problems, and hairloss, and progesterone problems.

ic do u think deca would make a big difference in my cycle anyways?

For me irs overkill, for a first cycle you will grow very easily on very little might as well take advantage and use other compounds later on when growth is a problem.

one more question if i only wanna do this cycle u think its gonna be hard to keep gains after pct? with test and dbol cycle, cause i heard tes is hard to keep gains

Yeah that cycle looks fine. In regards to PCT that is not really my field as i am fortunate in that my body recovers very easily post cycle. But if you run proper PCT then there is no reason why you cant keep almost all your gains from the test if anything deca would be a lot harder to recover from than test.

12 weeks with the test would be good if you have enough.

pct should start 14 days after last shot of test e mate run it as follows,
nolva at 20mg ed start on the last shot and run throughout pct and a week after
clomid 14 days after last shot of test
day1 300mg
day2-7 100mg ed
day8-21 50mg ed.
