    when to start t4 and clem on cutting phase

    im 2 weeks into a 18 week diet. when is the best time to begin using t4 and clem? also ive never used anavar before and i am unsure when to start that and at what dosage. im a female member.

    18 week diet?? wow..your sure to drive yourself crazy by then...what are your goals and where do you stand right now...are you doing cardio in the AM on an empty stomach...diet....etc...its hard to say when you should use anything not knowing where your at now and where you need to be....clen is not a miracle drug for dieting,you still need to do everything else properly.

    what are you cutting for? whats your body fat at now and what do you want it to be at? i would add in t3 and clen when your body stops responding to clean diet and cardio... use as a last resort

    t4 is what we in britain are using at moment as there isnt any t3 about just now.

    i always do an 18 week diet as i find it really hard to get the weight off. i diet off approx 24lbs for a comp.

    im now 7 weeks out from first show and have only lost 14-16lbs. i reckon i need to loose another 12lbs. im on less than 100grms carbs per day. i have an active job daily but now have stuck at the same weight now for past 3 weeks. i have a cheat hour once weekly and have now started doing cardio when im able to.

    i dont know what level of body fat i get down to ive never measured it. i guess it must be really low but this year its not wanting to shift off.

    i cant do any more cardio at moment i cant fit it into work and gym and household stuff.

    so im maybe looking to start t4 and clem.
