clen all at once or?????

Do i take my clen all at once or morning noon. Same thing with clomid?????

spread your clen out throughout the day.

but make sure u do not take to late or u never get to sleep hehe just my 2 cents ok maybe only 1 cent

I take 2 in the morn, 2 at lunch time and 2 at around 4:30 when I get home from work. That seems to work well for me

or 2 days on...... 1 day off??
Your body adapts to that stuff like mad...
Mix it up a little, and maybe try taking a normal fat burner when your not taking the clen

There seems to be two schools on clen. Some say go two days on 1 off. Most go with 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. Personally I havent decided.

For sure spread it out. But as stated above, under no circumstances take after 4 or 4:30. YOu'll have every late night infomercial memorized.

I take the clen all at once in the morning. The stuff has a long half life, so why would there be a need to spread it out?

It also doesn't get me wired like everyone else seems to get by it. I'm wierd like that though. The funny thing is that I rarely take stimulants or drink caffiene and it still doesn't effect me that much. The first time I had ever taken Xenidrine, I took a three hour nap after my 3 & 4 pill.

It still burns fat on me though. so I can't complain
