    How would you measure out liquid clen?

    if your bottle is 30 ml 200mcg/ml, and u wanted about 100 mcg a day. I understand how the pills work but not sure about liquid?

    i use an insulin syringe. if it's 200mcg per ml then the 1ml insulin syringe will be 200mcg. they are staggered lines to help you measure. in that case 100mcg would be 1/2 ml.

    swallow that. it tastes nasty anyways so i wouldn't want to taste it any longer than i had to.
