optimising my cycle

Hey Guys,
How are you, that how my cycle looks like. it is going to emy first time using oral
AAS.

I need an advice for the best PCT is it clomid, nolvadex or a mix of both?
When should i start taking clomid, 2 or 3 weeks after my last omna shot?
I dont have or had any gyno problems, should still run some Nolva during the cycle.?
i need help for liver protection, what is the best product for that other than liv-52?

Since it's your first time just choice one, don't do 2 17aa steroids

yeah choose either winny or dbol, personally i dont like winny cause it makes my joints hurt after 4-5 weeks and my hair fall out.

wk 1-12 sust 500mg
*wk 1-4 dbol 30mg ED
*wk 10-15 winny 50mg ED

*choose either or
PCT begins 18 days after last sust shot, use nolva and clomid

live-52 and milk thistle are a good combo

I will choose both dbol and Winny and i got some milk thisle (ill use 900-1800 mg per day)
