Hey, i did as you all recommended, and shoot in my delt..
It was quite painful, maybe i hit a nerve or something, but i didnt bleed so much, and it feels better now...
Should i keep hitting the delts and not hit the tighs ? :o

what size pin did you use and how far did the pin go in?
I used the 25G 1" needle 2,5cm...
It went all the way in..

was the muscle tensed? once buried (not all the way in, dont do that) and asparated were you moving the pin? did you go straight in 90 deg and straight out?
I didnt go straight 90 deg in but straight out...
The muscle was totaly relaxed... I got a friend of mine to do it for me...
I told him not to put the needle 90 deg in.. I putted it in like they did at
www.spotinjections.com at picture 2...
But as it is now.. My delts are feeling better then my tigh would :)
are you supposed to go in at an angle on the delt like that or at 90deg?

Is it better to switch tigh with the tought of gains and stuff ?
i would think its best to alternate between the quads ..lol
soo ive heard people say 5/8'' for delt and spot injections but others use 1'' im curious what is the desired depth for a delt injection? 1'' all the way or 5/8 all the way i dont wanna be scrapin bone. :lol:
i use 1" for delts... give your tri's a shot
much easier thean delts for me and less painfull
I would start over again injecting in the tighs... Its mutch easier and i can do it myself..
