    Normal Liver Values?

Ok when I was about to start my last cycle(that it started in Oct 2004 ended in Feb 2005 including PCT) I got bloodwork done by my dr. she said everything was ok. 2 weeks ago I got bloodwork done again, for medical insurance, and they said the liver values were off? What do you guys think>? In the off season march-April-May-June Ive taken 6-oxo, multi vit, vit C & E, glutamine. You think something I took would through the values off? I havent drank alcohol in months. Im really concerned b/c Im planning to start a new cycle in July but now that they supposedly told me that my liver values are "abnormal" Im a bit hesitant.

these were my readings that the insurance company said were off:
    BUN of 29mg/dl
    Creatinine of 1.8mg/dl
    SGOT of 65u/l
    SGPT of 100u/l

what do you guys think? I may know why the BUN is high b/c of the high protein intake

yeah liver values are alt/ast.. i dont remember which is which but one of mine was 428 on a range of 0-40 being normal.. thats way off.. yours could be 60 and they would call it abnormal.. I started this cycle with mine at 50..

GENERAL liver values are alt/ast but serum glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase (SGOT)is more specific and is an enzyme that is normally present in liver and heart cells. SGOT is released into blood when the liver or heart is damaged. The blood SGOT levels are thus elevated with liver damage. same with SGPT: Serum glutamic pyruvic transaminase, an enzyme that is normally present in liver and heart cells.

I would discuss it with your Dr, and what he/she thinks good levels should be for you. It's obviously not gear related, but could be related to diet.

Could be. That's what I was thinking. Maybe all the vitamins & quantity in vitamin C etc, since the liver has to filter them, the liver is working "overtime", more than normal. What I'm going to do is take 1g of milk thistle ED, JUST take my multi vit & get my blood drawn again. I've read in numerous ocassions that some of the levels may be high b/c of the "tearing of the muscle" ie working out. So I'll see how it goes. I'm not very very concerned b/c Ive seen guys on here with 10 times over normal value, I was like

Yaa its not unheard of to have your ALT and AST levels wayyyy up during a cycle...there indicators of acute stress and should be elevated during a cycle...but if they remain elevated afterwords somethings fishy.
