what is the hardest spot to lose fat
hey bros, what is the hardest spot to lose fat??
ive heard the hardest spot is on the chest area, is that true ?

im pretty sure it all genetic on were u will lose fat first and last.

genetics plays a part... but so does being male or female... a man, I would guess, would have a harder time loosing fat in the midsection.

I agree with Meso. For males midsection has to be the hardest. I know it is for me. I see striations in my Delts and veins appear everywhere and then and only then my lower abs shed the last layer of fat. It is kind of weird how it comes off for me.

men carry fat in their mid section and face.. the 2 hardest parts to trim up IMO..

my back fat has been disappearing ever since i found roman sit ups seems to help the lower abs as well

balls... definately the hardest place to loose fat.... eyelids coming in next.
